　　大家辛苦了！

　　自xxxx年9月廣東、山東、海南、寧夏四省開始普通高中新課程實驗以來的五年后的今天，新的課程改革猶如一股沁人心扉的春風向湖北中學教育界迎面撲來。

　　這次實驗是我國建國后的第八次基礎教育課程改革，這次改革，步伐之大，速度之快，難度之大，都是前七次改革所不可比擬的。它將實現(xiàn)我國中小學課程從學科本位、知識本位向關注每一個學生發(fā)展的歷史性轉變。目前，我們?nèi)懈咭唤處焸冋燥枬M的熱忱學習新課改理論，準備迎接新課程改革的挑戰(zhàn)。

　　通過幾天的暑期集中學習，老師們逐步了解并接受了一系列新的課程改革理論，認識到了傳統(tǒng)的教學模式存在諸多弊端，意識到新課程改革最關鍵的是實現(xiàn)教師教學方式的轉變和學生學習方式的轉變。然而，老師們普遍感到困難的是如何將新的課改理念轉化為教師的課堂教學行為以及學生的高效學習方式。

　　藉此暑期集中學習的東風，我倡議全市高中英語教師開展如何踐行新課改理念，迎接新課程改革的挑戰(zhàn)，提高全市高中英語教學質量的大討論。

　　討論圍繞以下4個子問題展開：

　　1、如何搞好初高中銜接？

　　2、如何面向全體學生，實現(xiàn)學生共同發(fā)展？

　　3、如何培養(yǎng)學生自主學習能力？

　　4、如何優(yōu)化課堂教學結構，提高課堂教學效率？

　　針對上述問題，我提出個人幾點不成熟的意見，起一個拋磚引玉的作用，供大家討論參考。

　　一、如何搞好初高中銜接？

　　1、開展學情分析，搞好兩個“摸清”，即：摸清學生知識底細，摸清學生學習態(tài)度和學習方法底細，便于開展針對性的教學工作。

　　2、開展學習方法的系列講座和優(yōu)生經(jīng)驗介紹，讓學生弄清高中英語教學特點和要求，認清高中與初中老師教學方式上的差異，以及學生學習方法上的不同，培養(yǎng)學生從高一開始就學會自己查閱詞典、參考書，養(yǎng)成獨立學習、自主學習的好習慣。教師要對學生的聽、說、讀、寫、查等良好習慣的培養(yǎng)自始至終地貫穿于整個高一年級的教學中，要常督促、定期檢查，從而使學生養(yǎng)成良好的.學習習慣。應利用開學后大約一個月的時間，讓學生熟悉并掌握一系列好的學習方法，形成一套符合每個學生的學習方法體系。

　　3、作為高中英語教師，要了解初中英語的教材教法。在學生剛剛步入高中的初期，教學起點宜“低一點”，課堂教學的難度不要過大，不要使課堂教學發(fā)生突變，造成學生不適應。對課堂教學方式的轉變，要一步步地改變、慢慢地引導，讓學生在不知不覺中適應高中英語教學。在課后要抓好單詞的鞏固和檢查，對作業(yè)要做適量的補充，并有布置、有檢查，對學生要嚴格要求，有針對性地查漏補缺，逐步地過渡到學生自立自主的學習方式。

　　4、在分析研究的基礎上，幫助學生對初中知識進行整理，并開展有針對性的查漏補缺�？衫瞄_學前大約兩周的時間，對初中課程中出現(xiàn)的語法現(xiàn)象進行歸納總結，對初中課程尚未學完的詞匯進行有計劃的學習，確保每個學生在進入高中的起始階段建立完備的知識體系。
