　　My name is Huang Qun. I have a very healthy life. I always get up at 6:05 a.m. I usually exercise from 6:45 to 7:00 a.m. then I brush teeth and take a shower at 7:30 a.m. I have lunch at 12:00. After that, I have a walk. In the afternoon, I play computer games for half an hour. I have dinner at 6:00 p.m. I watch TV at 8:00 p.m. at nine o’clock, I go to bed.
