First of all it’s essential to come to realize that procrastination is totally unnecessary. We can do many things on time on most occasions without any procrastination. Therefore we have to be determined to eliminate it as much as possible. Second we should try to find out the reasons why we procrastinate so that we can take actions to eliminate it step by step. Last but not least it is wise for us to get rid of other disturbances deliberately when we are working or studying such as QQ and mobile phone. If we can do that we will find that it will be easier to concentrate on our work or study.

So, many people turn to computers for help when they want to have their job done. For another, computers are becoming cheaper day by day. As a result, many universities install them in large numbers and many families can afford to buy one, consequently, they are always available for the students to use. But the prime reason, I think, is that with the development of society, computers are used in ahnost all walks of life. Those who are specialized in operating computers are badly needed. Many problems also arise in students use of computers. One problem is that some students spend too much time sitting in front of their computers, as a result, their bealth is affected. A great number of people will come to China to see the Olympics. The tourism will develop extremely fast, and bring China lots of income to manage the country and make it even better. The whole world will see what China is like and how China changes on the TV, radio, and Internet. Of course it will be very crowded when so many people come, especially the population is already huge in Beijing. But we can limit the private cars to run on the main roads, and advocate taking buses and riding bikes more often. If people are still to many, we have to let some out-of-towns leave for weekends to maintain the streets a bit more empty.
